Privacy Policy
Respond Systems, Inc. manufactures and sells therapy equipment for the veterinary market.

Definitions
“Personal Information” refers to information identifying an individual, such a name, postal address, email address or telephone number.

Data related preferences, IP address, ISP address, other log files and browsing history are considered “Personal Information” for the purposes of this policy.

“Sensitive Information” means Personal Information revealing race, ethnic origin, sexual orientation, political opinions, religious or other beliefs, organization memberships or information concerning a person’s health.

Consent
Any Personal Information collected and used in accordance with the form of consent required by applicable law and its use will be limited to the purposes for which it was collected.

Authorities
While Respond Systems, Inc. , will protect its data and take review with diligence any court or regulatory request, the company will comply with legal orders such as a search warrant, subpoena or court order to disclose personal information to the government or other legal or regulatory institution. Disclosure to requesting authorities may be without notice.

Sale / Merger / Transfer of Assets
In the case of a merger, sale, liquidation, etc., due diligence may require access to Respond Systems. Inc. data by other parties and their professional advisors. Respond Systems, Inc. , would provide such access under terms of a confidentiality agreement, which would protect data and be enforced by law.

Security
Respond Systems, Inc. uses physical and electronic protection. This includes, but is not limited to use of firewalls, strong passwords and secure data facilities. Respond Systems, Inc. also requires that employees, contractors and vendors have signed non-disclosure agreements, binding them to protect the confidentiality of personal information. While Respond Systems, Inc. deploys safeguards, it is not possible to guarantee the security of information transmitted on the Internet.

Refund and Return Policy
Respond Systems, Inc. allows for returns within 15-days from receipt of the product subject to the following:

  • Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded
  • A $60 restock fee for retesting, calibration and cleaning will apply to all laser products returned in the 15-day window. $30 for PEMF dog bed systems. $80 for Sentry Blankets
  • Product can be returned within 15-days of receipt and in clean, working condition and a refund will be issued minus a restock fee listed above and any return shipping expenses. Returns that are missing components or are broken, damaged, stained or misused will not be accepted.
  • Returns only accepted if received within 5-days of return notification by customer. No returns accepted after 15-days from initial receipt of product.

Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped within 3-business days of receipt of order, unless indicated to the customer otherwise at the time of purchase, and are shipped via FedEx Ground unless otherwise arranged by the customer either in the e-commerce shipping selection or by contacting us directly at 203.481.2810 or info@respondsystems.com.
