Respond Systems, Inc. manufactures and sells therapy equipment for the veterinary market.
“Personal Information” refers to information identifying an individual, such a name, postal address, email address or telephone number.
Data related preferences, IP address, ISP address, other log files and browsing history are considered “Personal Information” for the purposes of this policy.
“Sensitive Information” means Personal Information revealing race, ethnic origin, sexual orientation, political opinions, religious or other beliefs, organization memberships or information concerning a person’s health.
Any Personal Information collected and used in accordance with the form of consent required by applicable law and its use will be limited to the purposes for which it was collected.
While Respond Systems, Inc. , will protect its data and take review with diligence any court or regulatory request, the company will comply with legal orders such as a search warrant, subpoena or court order to disclose personal information to the government or other legal or regulatory institution. Disclosure to requesting authorities may be without notice.
Sale / Merger / Transfer of Assets
In the case of a merger, sale, liquidation, etc., due diligence may require access to Respond Systems. Inc. data by other parties and their professional advisors. Respond Systems, Inc. , would provide such access under terms of a confidentiality agreement, which would protect data and be enforced by law.
Respond Systems, Inc. uses physical and electronic protection. This includes, but is not limited to use of firewalls, strong passwords and secure data facilities. Respond Systems, Inc. also requires that employees, contractors and vendors have signed non-disclosure agreements, binding them to protect the confidentiality of personal information. While Respond Systems, Inc. deploys safeguards, it is not possible to guarantee the security of information transmitted on the Internet.

Refund and Return Policy
Respond Systems, Inc. allows for returns within 15-days from receipt of the product subject to the following:
- Equipment will be evaluated for condition and if any repairs are necessary to get the product back in new condition (condition in which the customer received the product) the repair fees will be subtracted from the refund
- Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded
- A restock fee of $25USD will apply to all products returned in the 15-day window
All orders are shipped within 3-business days of receipt of order and are shipped via FedEx Ground unless otherwise arranged by the customer either in the e-commerce shipping selection or by contacting us directly at 203.481.2810 or email@example.com.
